What is the prospects athletics foundation?
Prospects Athletics Foundation (PAF) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to helping students develop essential life skills—such as teamwork, leadership, time management, and physical and mental health—through athletics and education.
Our Mission:
We believe these skills are critical for success during and after school. PAF supports this mission through three programs:
- Academic Scholarships for post-secondary education.
- Athletic Access by providing tuition and travel assistance for club sports.
- Community Programs that offer free athletic opportunities for all children.
Why It Matters:
The world changed in 2020, and so did today’s student-athletes—their confidence, opportunities, and sense of community. PAF helps students grow through baseball and softball participation, ensuring financial barriers don’t limit access to these experiences.
Who We Are:
Founded in 2019 as the Prospects Athletics Scholarship Foundation, we began by awarding scholarships to NH Prospects Baseball and Softball players. As community needs grew, we expanded our mission and became Prospects Athletics Foundation.
Our Future:
We are building an endowment to sustain our programs long-term. Instead of relying on frequent fundraisers, we aim to partner with individuals, families, foundations, and corporations who share our values. Together, we can create more opportunities for student-athletes and strengthen our community through the game we love.
Our Board of Directors is made up of community volunteers who share the belief that all children should have equal opportunities to grow and flourish through organized youth athletics. Each board member is dedicated to supporting an environment where a child's growth and development can lead to a successful and productive future.
